Paul Kim  

I have been training clients to help them reach their goals for 5 years. In that time, I have helped many clients lose weight, get stronger, and rehabilitate injuries.
I have a strong background in sports, with a great interest plyometrics (explosive training) as well as strength training to help you reach your athletic goals.
My training philosophy is to help make training a fun and enjoyable experience and teaching you the fundamentals of training and nutrition. I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals! :)

Jenna Lee

Jenna has been active in the Vancouver fitness industry as a Personal Trainer since 2017. She has always valued health and wellness, but her passion for movement really bloomed when she began competing in the sport of Powerlifting. This was when she discovered the science behind exercise, and quickly became obsessed. This inspired Jenna to venture into the world of Personal Training to share her knowledge and help others achieve their goals. 
With a natural affinity for people, her mission and values have always centered around building a sense of trust and community. Jenna's greatest strength is her ability to connect with all her trainees and build a sense of trust, with her five-star reviews often highlighting her emphasis on individualized attention and empathy. 
When she's not working with clients, Jenna is either reading fiction or exercise science textbooks like a big nerd or wrestling with sweaty people doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Elijah Loong

Elijah Loong is a BCRPA certified personal trainer and a Pn1 certified nutrition coach. With over 5+ years of personal experience inside the gym, he has gone through many trials and error and found different techniques and ways that help him with his growth inside the gym, from performance to muscle-mind connection. He has prior experience in training friends at the gym and has also gained some experience at a competitive youth badminton club as a fitness instructor. 

His main passion includes strength training, bodybuilding and also plyometric and would love to share his passion with all his clients.

Ed Ping

From 2010 to 2020, I worked in Vancouver, BC as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, becoming well-versed in effectively teaching others and sharing comprehensive exercise concepts with them.

While improved health & overall well-being were achieved amongst my clients, at least half of them successfully used exercise to manage medical conditions (post-op cancer survivors; Parkinson’s Disease; post-heart surgeries; etc); work around injuries; and / or strengthen recently healed areas when safely possible.

Yao Xu

Yao was introduced to CrossFit in 2014 and found his career as CrossFit Coach and Personal Trainer in 2015. He has taught more than 8000 classes over the past 7 years and helped many clients reached their fitness goals. Yao specialized in athletic performance, weight-loss program, kids/teenager classes, weightlifting, and other functional movement classes.

Yao believes in lifelong learning and lifelong fitness. Outside of work you’ll spot Yao cycling among shoreline or hiking trails in Northshore.

Jessica Lau

I grew up playing all sorts of sports recreationally, but only started exercising again as an adult for health reasons. 
 I started strength training in 2017 as a way to destress. As a petite girl, I did not realize I was capable of becoming strong. I quickly fell in love with exercising. I also run regularly and have done local 10K and half marathons. My physical and mental health improved significantly over time, and I love sharing my passion with those around me. 
I am becoming certified with BCRPA to share more of my love towards health and fitness. I hope to motivate people to become a better version of themselves.
My belief is to surround yourself with likeminded people. Continue to show up even when you do not feel like it - you will look back and be proud of how far you have gone.

Michael Mcmurdo

My name is Michael McMurdo and my motto is Strength Cures.

I first gained interest in fitness when I was 5 or 6 years old. That interest quickly developed into a passion and since than I have been dedicated to understanding the most effective and efficient ways to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat.

This journey began when I started coaching family and friends for fun and developed in my chosen career path in 2010.
This career path was obvious choice for me as I have a natural ability to coach and motivate people to understand and trust in my methods and from this, I get and expect amazing results. Along with the skill I have developed to be able to design effective goal specific training programs and ability to pinpoint flaws within a client’s kinetic chain and correct them in a way that is both easy to understand and manageable within their current needs and circumstances.
