I am a wife, a mom, a foodie, a fitness enthusiast and a bikini athlete.
Growing up I’ve always been overweight and hated anything fitness related. Eating was my favourite hobby.
However, 5 years ago at my lowest point of physical and mental health, fitness and proper nutrition turned my life around. I lost 40lbs in 6 months and restored my health, which prepared me for a smooth ride through pregnancy to delivery to postpartum recovery. And as a toddler mom, I challenged myself in entering my first bodybuilding competition on my 31st birthday, winning 4 awards in just one day. More competitions in the days to come!

Chris Hung
I am a firm believer that fitness forms the bedrock of every individual's success. It may sound cliché, but bodybuilding has been the anchor that saved my life. During the darkest periods of my life when everything seemed to crumble around me, bodybuilding remained a steadfast companion. It was in those moments of chaos that I truly realized a profound truth: fitness is the only thing I can control even in the moment of chaos. Through this realization, I gained an unwavering sense of self-belief, discipline, and courage.
As an aspiring natural bodybuilder with over seven years of experience in coaching, I take pride in my ability to provide hands-on coaching with efficiency. To me, guiding my clients toward their fitness goals and cultivating solid relationships with them is both a passion and a privilege. My specialization lies in muscle building, fat loss, and body transformation.

Felicity Seo
Fitness and health has alway been a part of my life in some way. While growing up I played almost every sport I could sign up for. My main sports growing up were Basketball, Swimming, and Marathon. Growing up I was always at practice, rehearsal, or a game that shaped mine as an individual and made being active a part of everyday life.
I have over ten years of experience within the fitness industry and am a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I am specialized in corrective exercise training, and also passionate about performance and understanding how the human body functions.
I love working with all sorts of clients, from the complete beginner to the seasoned athlete.
I truly believe that exercise is medicine. Whether it be for injury prevention, rehabilitation, general fitness, or sport performance, everyone can benefit from some additional physical activity!
We can achieve an optimal level of physical and mental health through individualized exercise programs and dietary habits.
Plus, I am also a mom who divides my time between family obligations, working as a personal trainer and conditioning coach, and continuing to pursue my own health and fitness goals.
After the birth of my second child, I love and engage in bodybuilding. Outside of the gym, I enjoy swimming, sport climbing, hiking, reading, and spending time with my family.
My goal is to be able to help people reach their goals as well as help them start their journeys to a healthier and more active life.

Chris Duong
Hi all, my name is Chris, and I am excited to be the newest team member of the Fantasfit family! As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist in my day job, it is my utmost honor to use my experience and knowledge to empower and guide my clients throughout their fitness journey, whether it is losing 20 pounds in 8 weeks to improve hip pain or improving core stability after a lower back surgery. Not only that, I also have a great passion for training athletes and have been able to help my clients become faster and stronger with my Strength and Conditioning Specialist designation from NSCA.
Simplicity is my fundamental coaching principle. For me, doing exercises should not be an overly complicated subject and it should be as simple as breathing or eating, so that we can easily build it into our daily habit. Yao Xu
Yao was introduced to CrossFit in 2014 and found his career as CrossFit Coach and Personal Trainer in 2015.
