HOW WE GET STARTED
(1) We will gain insight into your lifestyle by means of a questionnaire and skinfold body fat measurement called Metabolic Analysis, the latest innovation in improving body composition.
(2) We will conduct mobility and SFMA assessment. The SFMA is a movement-based diagnostic tool which systematically finds both the source and the cause of pain by logically breaking down dysfunctional movement patterns in a structured, repeatable assessment. This will allow us to analyze how to equip you to perform better for life.
