TRAINER

Jenna Lee

Jenna has been active in the Vancouver fitness industry as a Personal Trainer since 2017. She has always valued health and wellness, but her passion for movement really bloomed when she began competing in the sport of Powerlifting. This was when she discovered the science behind exercise, and quickly became obsessed. This inspired Jenna to venture into the world of Personal Training to share her knowledge and help others achieve their goals. 

With a natural affinity for people, her mission and values have always centered around building a sense of trust and community. Jenna's greatest strength is her ability to connect with all of her trainees and build a sense of trust, with her five star reviews often highlighting her emphasis on individualized attention and empathy. 

When she's not working with clients, Jenna is either reading fiction or exercise science textbooks like a big nerd, or wrestling with sweaty people doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Paul Kim

I am Paul, I’ve been training clients to help them reach their goals for 5 years. In that time I’ve helped many clients lose weight, get stronger, and rehabilitate injuries.

I have a strong background in sports, with a great interest plyometrics (explosive training) as well as strength training to help you reach your athletic goals.

My training philosophy is to help make training a fun and enjoyable experience and teaching you the fundamentals of training and nutrition. I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals! :)

Elijah Loong

I am a BCRPA certified personal trainer and a Pn1 certified nutrition coach. With over 5+ years of personal experience inside the gym, i have gone through many trial and error and found different techniques and ways that help him with his growth inside the gym, from performance to muscle-mind connection. I has prior experience in training friends at the gym and has also gained some experience at a competitive youth badminton club as a fitness instructor. 

My main passion includes strength training, bodybuilding and also plyometric and would love to share my passion with all clients.

Kelsey Fyfe

Hi my name is Kelsey Fyfe, I am a personal trainer at Fantasfit. 
I have a passion for health and fitness that I have had since I was a kid, I have been a competitive athlete my whole life which stemmed my love for being in the gym.
 
As a trainer my goal for my clients is to give them the tools that give them their best shot at living the happiest and healthiest version of themselves and discovering what they are truly capable of.

Julian Yang

I grew up playing tennis competitively as part of a team at my junior high in South Korea. What changed my life significantly was an injury that I incurred while training after which caused me to completely stop playing any sports. What made this even more impactful was that I started feeling sorry for myself and I stated to eat unhealthy food this caused me to gain weight as well as lose most of my muscle strength.
I had continued this unhealthy lifestyle until I discovered and started to CrossFit in 2015. It was really challenging in the beginning as I was weak and unhappy with my physical health, but after 7 years of consistent training I have gained my self-confidence again.  One of the rewards for the hard work that I have been consistent with is that I won a local CrossFit competition here in BC.
My experience as a CrossFit athlete has been life-changing. It helped me build self-confidence and provided a structured approach to disciplined training.  My personal journey from having little self-confidence to becoming a competitive CrossFit athlete and functional fitness coach is the foundation for my collaborative approach as a personal fitness coach. 
I am a firm believer in holistic health and work tirelessly with my clients to break down seemingly daunting goals into manageable achievements. I use my 7 years of training knowledge and life experiences to create tailored made programs that fit my client’s needs.
I find great joy in seeing my clients achieve their personal fitness goals, especially when they light up after accomplishing something they thought they couldn't do!
